Vanilla Crescents

  • 2 stick unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup finely ground filberts or almonds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

knead together all ingredients and form crescents. Bake on greased baking sheet at
350 F till lightly browned. Remove from sheet while warm and roll in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
