Rosenmunnar Cookies

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • red jelly or jam
  1. Creambutter and sugar until fluffy
  2. Add flour
  3. Shape into olive sized balls
  4. Press down with your thumb in the centre of the ball.
  5. Fill the centre with jelly.
  6. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees
